1. What Czech language course levels does EduJoy offer, and how can I determine my level?

EduJoy offers educational and retraining Czech language courses for foreigners at A1, A2, B1 and B2 levels. Courses are available both online and in person in Prague.

If you are unsure about your current language level, you can take a placement test. Based on the results, our administrative staff will recommend the most suitable Czech language course according to your knowledge and learning goals.


2. How much does a Czech language course at EduJoy cost, and are discounts available?

Current course prices can be found on the EduJoy website. Students who pay the full course fee before the course begins may receive a discounted price.

Courses can be conveniently paid for by bank transfer, online payment, or in cash directly at the school.

If you recommend a course to your friends or acquaintances, you may receive a discount of up to 10% upon prior agreement.

EduJoy also cooperates with the Czech Labour Office and offers free Czech language courses.


3. Are Czech language courses available online or only in person in Prague?

EduJoy offers both online Czech language courses and in-person classes in the center of Prague. Students can choose between group courses and individual lessons according to their needs.

In-person classes take place at Purkyňova 74/2, Prague 1, near the Národní třída metro station.

4. What course schedules are available?

EduJoy offers Czech language courses at various times to accommodate students, working professionals, and parents.

We offer:

5. Does EduJoy offer free Czech language courses funded by the Labour Office?

Yes. EduJoy cooperates with the Czech Labour Office and organizes free Czech language courses for foreigners through educational and retraining programs.

These courses are available to participants aged 15 and older and are offered either in person in Prague or online.

6. Does EduJoy offer preparation courses for the Czech language exam for permanent residence or citizenship?

Yes. EduJoy offers specialized preparation courses for the Czech language exam required for permanent residence (PMŽ) and Czech citizenship.

The courses develop all four key language skills:

  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Listening
  • Speaking

Various course lengths and intensity levels are available. Assistance with exam registration is also included in the course fee.

7. Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. After successfully completing a course, students receive a certificate or confirmation of their achieved language level.


8. Are lesson recordings available, and is homework assigned?

Yes. Homework is a regular part of the learning process and helps students reinforce the material covered during lessons.

For online courses, lesson recordings can be arranged. If you would like access to recordings, we recommend discussing this option with your teacher or our administrative staff in advance.


9. How can I register for a Czech language course? Do I need to visit the school in person?

A personal visit is not required. You can easily register for a Czech language course online from the comfort of your home.
